Refunds, Returns, Cancellation policy:

1. To minimize potential purchase error, please email any questions you may have about a product,
we will do our best to explain and answer your questions. We respond to emails M-F, 8am-5pm Pacific Time.

2. All claims for returns must be notified within 5 days of receipt of goods, exception applies to certain goods and perishables when noted at the time of purchase.

3. Medical Products once open cannot be returned.

4. Medical Equipments sold by us are new and purchased from authorized distributors, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH about the model, part# and options of a particular equipment, there is a restocking fee of 15%-45% for returning a medical equipment.

5. Credits and refunds will only be given on products that is returned in a resalable condition.

6. Returns will not be accepted without a "Return Authorization Number" issued by AAA Wholesale Company
